All of Chef Sean's services include a complimentary, no obligation consultation. During this meeting, you will discuss dietary and allergy requirements as well as taste preferences and determine which type of service is best for you.
Chef Sean researches, plans, and develops a custom menu designed just for you. Upon approval of the final menu, a service date will be booked and confirmed.

Born in New York and raised in New Hamsphire, Chef Sean has years of experience in restaurants, private clubs, catering and personal chef service. After spending a year in Italy absorbing the culture, and learning the traditions and values that make Italian food so rich in history, Chef Sean's approach to food has become a more meaningful experience.
