Chef Sean Correll

I bring more than 26 years of restaurant and executive chef experience to the New Hampshire seacoast community and beyond. My passion for quality, taste, innovation, and attention to detail shows in everything I create.


Born in New York and raised in New Hampshire, I owned and operated a locally renowned brick-oven pizzaria, Bella Rose, in North Hampton for nearly a decade. We specialized in bringing pizzeria's to another level, from homemade breads, dressings and sauces, to custum catering in a variety of styles.  I have worked and apprenticed under several highly skilled chefs in eastern New Hampshire and southern Maine. While my restaurant profession was extremely rewarding, I found myself on a much more inspiring path and made the decision to start Thyme to Rise - Personal Chef & Catering.


I cook from the heart with passion for simple high quality food as my grandmother taught me.  I am deeply devoted to comfort food made from high-quality ingredients, as well as inovative recipes developed with today's needs and trends in mind. I support local farmers and growers, ensuring all the meals that I prepare feature the best and freshest products available.


I consider myself extremely fortunate to be a personal chef. I love what I do. Each week I enrich people's lives through my passion for food AND I help free their time for family and friends.
